Standard Service Call Rates
Labor: $800 per service day
Weekends and Holidays: $1250 per service day
Travel Time: (roundtrip, door to door): $50 per hour (3 hour minimum).
Weekends and Holidays: $100 per hour (3 hour minimum).
Local per diem: $75 per day (“Local” per diem is defined as being within 250 miles of an PHOTONICS SERVICE GROUP Service Engineer provided the service call does not require an overnight stay). Covers parking, tolls, meals, and miscellaneous travel expenses.
Out of area per diem: $200 per day (“out of area” per diem is defined as any service call beyond 250 miles of an PHOTONICS SERVICE GROUP Service Engineer or any service call requiring an overnight stay). Covers lodging, rental car, parking, tolls, meals, and miscellaneous travel expenses.
Mileage: Round trip door-to-door, charged at current government rate.
Airfare: Actual charges including airfare, taxes, airport and security fees, travel agent fees and reservation change fees.
Parts: Charged at current list price.
