Premier Service Contract - Coverage includes parts (except consumables), labor, travel, unlimited breakdowns and two preventative maintenance (PM) visits per year. Our PMs consist of adjustment of optical alignment for peak performance, energy meter calibration, cleaning of all optical surfaces, verification of fiber optic or articulating arm performance, calibration of critical system voltages and settings, validation of safety systems functions, top-off of system fluids (replacement if necessary) and replacement of flash lamps & optics if required.

NLITE PREMIER SERVICE CONTRACT EXCLUSIONS
This contract does not cover the optical fiber, SmartRidge, liquid laser dye, its additives such as (COT), or any service call or travel expenses required to replace them. SmartRidges are covered separately by the manufacturer, EUPhotonics.
This contract does not cover labor, travel or parts for any breakdown caused by transportation and/or movement of the laser, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental physical damage, fire, flood, earthquake or other natural disaster. This contract DOES NOT COVER the installation of new SmartRidges. Any such service will be billed at the current “Standard Service Call” rates.
This maintenance contract does not cover and Photonics Service Group is not responsible for the loss of income or incidental or consequential costs incurred by the covered laser being down or unusable.
Although the repair will be covered, this contract does not cover physical damage caused by dye, water spills or leaks, including damage to floors, walls or other nearby equipment, nor will it cover consequential damage caused by such spills or leaks.
This contract DOES NOT COVER breakdowns or parts caused by environmental conditions including but not limited to: Excessive ambient temperature or humidity, unsanitary conditions including excessive dust in the treatment room, or inadequate line voltage. See owner’s manual for specifications.
This contract DOES NOT COVER cosmetic defects that do not affect the performance of the laser, including scratches, and dents.
This contract is null and void if laser is installed, serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than an authorized Photonics Service Group Service Engineer during the life of this contract. This includes, but is not limited to; modification of hardware (including unauthorized SmartRidge or dye mixtures) or software controlled operating parameters.
In the event of a lapse in service coverage of the equipment due to the expiration of the new product warranty or the effective service contract, Photonics Service Group may require a system inspection at the buyer’s expense to determine any pre-existing conditions which may require repair or maintenance prior to the start of a new service contract. Upon inspection, any condition determined to require repair or maintenance must be performed at the buyer’s expense.
This contract is not transferable without the written consent of Photonics Service Group. This document is the sole and exclusive service contract obligation of Photonics Service Group.
* Discounted SmartRidge is only usable for the laser covered under this service contract. Any attempt to resell, barter or trade discounted SmartRidges will result in cancellation of this service contract. SmartRidges can not be stockpiled (due to the limited shelf life and expiration date of SmartRidges). Old SmartRidge must be returned to Photonics Service Group, Inc. within 60 days or a $500 core charge will be assessed.
